Smile Protection Program
We want to help ensure you maintain a strong and healthy smile for years to come! Our Smile Protection Program helps you stay on track.
For a one-time fee, you will receive a complimentary scan of your teeth (no goopy impressions!) and replacement retainers for the next seven years. There is only a $30 copayment for each retainer.
Retainer coverage includes:
- Lost or broken retainers
- Changes in retainer due to dental work
- "My dog ate my retainer"
- Just a retainer refresh

How do I become a patient at Engage Orthodontics?
You do not need a referral to become a patient at any of our Engage Orthodontics locations. Feel free to contact us any time, and we can set up an initial consultation to get you started.
That said, we are happy to accept referrals from family dental clinics! Your family dentist can provide a recommendation and more information about your overall dental health history. -
Where is Engage Orthodontics located?
Engage Orthodontics has three different locations. One in Appleton, and two in Green Bay.

How much does an initial consultation cost?
Initial consultations at Engage Orthodontics are free for children, teens and adults. Contact us today to book a consultation.

What will happen during my first appointment?
During your first appointment at our Appleton, Ashwaubenon, or Howard orthodontic clinic, we will conduct a thorough examination, including imaging, of your mouth and jaw to diagnose the nature and severity of your misalignment.
After that, we'll create a treatment plan together to address your orthodontic condition.

Can you help me with my insurance?
We are here to help patients submit insurance claims for their orthodontic treatment and are available for support throughout the process.
